4 speed shifter recomendations??
ok,so it looks like its time to repair or replace the manual shifter in the 69,its the original and jiggles and wobbles all over thr place,recently it almost left me stranded when the shift lever felt like it was disengaged for a couple minutes while i frantically looked for a gear ...any gear.so does anyone have any good shifters to recommend?

That said, shift quality feel is like exhaust sound: everyone has their own preference. I know of a Vette owner who didn't like the feel of the Hurst and replaced it w/ a factory piece.
