The relay isn't stuck. whatever turns it on probly is tho. Don't know how long it will take to drain the batt, but keep looking, there is something else on that shouldn't be. You should get to under 200ma with everything off but connected. Check the ctsy light timer behind the pass side dash if equipped, it seems to give a lot of trouble
If you really want to find the leak, take out all the fuses. Your draw should be zero (or in the milliamp range). Start replacing them. When your draw is not zero, that's the bad circuit.
Do you have a light bulb on in the boxes behind the seats? Often times this is overlooked.
The clicking you hear is probablty the horn relay. The a/c is fed from the a/c / heater fuse. The horn relay is mounted on the left fenderwell. Unplug the connector with the black and green wires on the horn relay and check the draw again. P.S. The a/c blower relay is on the evaporator housing.
