They basically bolt on and use the same cam and such, but you have 36% more valve area, so I'd imagine tons more flow. Sounds like a gas eater, though.
Why are they comparing a set of heads that cost 8000-15000 to a set of heads that cost less then 2000?

Although I think it would be kind of unique to have 4 valves the price and the head bolts in the exhaust ports would prevent me from buying them.

Being into performance bikes you should know this There's more area and all that flow stuff, but another advantage is that the max safe rev limit can (should be able to) be increased. Less valve weight spread over more springs. There's also a possible improvement in combustion chamber shape & burn, depending on the design. Seems like a very expensive way to get more power though
Ditto with UKPaul, the breathing is superior with 4 valves.
