AC Condenser Mounting Question
I am installing an AC condenser in a car that did not have AC previously. The attachment brackets have a 5/8 hole in one end and a slotted 5/8 hole in the other (see pix). I can see from the AIM that some type of shouldered washer or grommet goes in there but can't really tell. Anyone have a description of the mounting hardware? Is this some kind of isolation mount?

Mine has a gromment with a slot cut in it so the mounting tab will slip in it. I think mine has a slot on both sides ot the condensor. I am at work right now so I can not check it at this time.

A rubber grommet goes in the slot and hole. Then a spacer goes in the grommet. I managed to find what I needed at Lowes the spacer had to be cut down to the width of the grommet. Hope that helps
