Exhaust manifold questions

I'm trying to rebuild the emissions equipment on my car and I need the exhaust manifolds as part of the equipment. I've been looking at getting a set of manifolds from an '82 or '84 Corvette rather than the ram horns from the '68-'80 cars. Is there anything that I should be concerned with before purchasing the manifolds? My car currently has double hump heads with a date code of the year 1969, will there be any problem mounting them up? Other than bolting them in place, there shouldn't be any problems just hooking the A.I.R. tubes to the smog pump, right? What size is the exhaust where the exhaust pipes would bolt up to the bottom of the manifold?

Right now I have headers and dual exhaust courtesy of the previous owner. I know that if I install the manifolds I'm going to need a new exhaust, but I need that anyways to have a catalytic converter installed.

Just curious are you doing this for E-Check? Could you keep your headers and put on 2 converters?

It's all visual, but I need the AIR tubes to hook to the smog pump. I have to have a cat put on as well since there isn't one. No shop will put on any configuration other than what came stock. At least none that I can find.

You can get the 2.5" ramhorns from shop.com

Or

I have a set of C4 manifolds complete. They should fit your heads.

50 bucks or so + shipping will be sufficent. I think I paid $65 bucks to have them delivered to me. I cant use them, and if I can recoup most of my money and help someone out at the same time will make me happy.

They have the covers. here is a pic of one of them that I have taken already. I took off the cover for this fit test.

Here is why I cant use them

I will take some more pics and send them to you at some point today.
