77 air condition not blowing hard.??

77 air condition not blowing hard.??
I just had a new Compressor and acumulator bottle installed. The air is cold but does not blow hard. Where do I start? How do I get to all of the duct work and vacuum lines? Do I have to remove the dash? I will be removing the dash to replace it as I go along w/ my resto but didnt want to take it off yet for fear that it will fall apart.
I did a search for this but could not find it. If there is a previous post link it to me.

Here is what I found in my 77.
I have also sealed the duct joints to, I have not tried the fan to see how much difference cleaning the coil and coil box has made.
Make sure the screens in the windshield wiper area are in place to stop the trash from getting to the coil box.

In addition to Chevymans input, is your high speed switch for your blower working? If so, you either have a a clog at the evaporator or you are loosing air flow somewhere. Once you have solved the problem, add some chicken wire to the inflow area of the cowling to prevent leaves, etc. from entering the evaporator box.
