so I guess I'll just put one on my antenna. If you served your country, fly a flag. If you haven't yet, consider visiting a recruiter; your country needs you! http://ChristJesus.go.to

js...I know there are some members around that have flags that are inserted to the t top holes when the tops are off...have seen some run 2 flags at highway speed and seem pretty sturdy...hopefully someone will chime in here and help! Joe!

I have the flag kit from ecklers and it works fine. I've run with them at highway speeds and they're ok. Here's one look at them.....

I wouldn't recommend mounting them when you are on the highway. They get beat up pretty bad, and you'll have to constantly replace them. I only use them during city driving.

Yeah, I know. I only tried it once to see if they would hold. I usually don't use them unless I'm at a show.

I don't have a flag on the Vette (no back window and side windows always down). However, I'm planning to move my 4' X 6' flag & pole closer to the front of the house so everyone can see it.

The flag I had on my antenna (until I lost both the flag and antenna in Bowling Green this year : ) was one that was made for window-mounting. I took it off the window mount thing slid it over the antenna and actually stitched it to make it tight around the antenna mast so that the ball on the end of the antenna held it in place. Worked great for a couple of years, highway speeds, 100+mph on the drag strip. It was only slightly starting to come unsewn at the hem at the back of the flag.
