Wiper Trouble 82'
I need some help figuring out what could be causing the wipers arms to shutter when in motion. Anyone run into this problem before and if so what do I need to do to fix the problem?

Could be the wiper blades (rubber part) are too stiff (old), and they are not flexing when they move to and fro, other then the windshield is too dry. Does that make any sense??? Peace,,, Moosie

Still could be the blades being hard. Also, try really washing the windows down with either car wash or liquid detergent. if you have residue that is causing the blades to stick, this might help.
