yes they did, but they actually flow better than the aluminum stock vs stock.

Get ready to spend some cash!!!
I do all my own work, and I wish I would have went
with a LS1 for what its costing me in parts. The
lt1 pulley system wont work. Here are some old pic's.
I can post some updated pic's when I can get around to it.

All these pic's were just a mock up stage

Thanks for the replys. We're expecting this to take a while. My wife is going to unwrap my gift tomorrow. (I am in Officer Candidate School here in Ft. Benning, GA) it will be a little bit of time before I can get to it. But yes, its got the iron heads and about 100k on the clock. But we'll worry about upgrades ( and there will be upgrades) after its fitted in and running. Any recomendations on headers? I want some good flowing headers but am not sure which will fit the 81 vette chassis. any thoughts on the A.I.R. system? will the motor work without a code if you block this? (might require computer reworking i suppose) Ive heard that a C4 LT1 pully system is a cheaper way to go. all replies are helpfull. Have to get down to texas to pick up the car and bring it to NY. Im thinkin some new heads and cam when its all done. I wish for 400hp at the wheels. attainable? thanks for the replies. I head to the field tomorrow. Now i have something to think about while im out in the woods in the rain. Happy motoring all.

I forgot about that. It will work. I just don't like the look.
Mine is for show and go. That would run you about $950.00 complete.
Or you can buy a custom setup(aftermarket) in chrome for $1147.00, well worth it..
