you will have to change pushrods to go with 1.6.
if you have say a lobe lift on your cam of 310 X 1.5=
4.65 lift same lobe lift 310 X 1.6 = 4.96 lift. if you
have an older factory cam with low lift the 1.6 rocker
would be more help then if you have a more modern high
lift cam.

Ok maybe you can help I am putting the comp cam xe268h in with vortec heads that have been reworked with larger valves and springs should I go with the 1.5 or 1.6 and buy new pushrods?
I believe the vortec heads are limited to 480 lift I think you
will be over your lift limit with a 1.6 rocker. did they modify
the heads fo more lift ?? I think that cam has around a 465
lift with a 1.5 rocker.
