1980 in the process of a new motor and fresh tranny, the car has 2-1-2 and KBD targa mufflers, sounds ok. any ideas if it would be real loud with new 2.5" duals and no cat but using the targa's? i dont want a real loud sound just a nice rumble. if not targa's what? thanks for any input. Great forum with lots of good people.

Hooker Aero chambers would be pretty close I think. Flow well, but not as loud as the Flowmaster 40's.
I'm running flowtech's right now, and they're decent, but might make the switch to hooker's.
