Default Eddlebrock Carb Vac. Lines

I have a 72 with a performer intake man. and eddlebrock 650 carb now i am putting this thing back together after two years or so and have completely forgot the vac. line layout for the carb. It has a large port in the rear, a med. sized port front middle, and two small ports on either side in the front. Can someone please help as to where each port goes. Thank you

The big one in the rear will be for vacuum booster. As I recall, the medium size one in the front is bowl vent (and PCV) that goes to the evap canister and the 2 small ones will be for advance and your evap canister. It's been a while since I had this carb on my 78 so hopefully someone else will chime in too.
