Tran. problem or exhaust problem??
took the car for a ride this morning and something is making a crazy klunky and bumping noise i can hear it and feel it thru the gear box (**** stick) I thought it was the tranny but when i looked under the car i noticed the left side of the exhaust system is moving and unscrewed somewhere could it be what i was feeling or is it "another" problem?
couldn t spend too much time looking at it since I had to go to work

That's new exhaust isn't it? I'd drive that car straight to the shop that did the exhaust work and have them lift the car and tighten everything. Then, if the clunking continues you know to look elsewhere for the problem.

one of the clamps that was holding the muffler to the car unscrewed and I lost the washers and bolts, i kept it in place witha rope, brought it back to the shop and they fixed it in 5 mn...glad it was the problem and not my tran!!!!
