yep, all C3 big blocks have a rear bar, I think it's 9/16"
if it only has one steel fuel line (unless it was changed) it was an original L68, L71, L89 (all tri-power) or L88 (850 holley).
the 390hp L36 big block (q-jet) had 2 fuel lines as did the 68-69 small blocks.

thanks for the help. I saw a convertible today. "original 427" car. No rear sway bar. 6500 tach, the owner said it also had ps originally!
