Starting tips?
My 1968 wouldn't start so I used an electric jumper and she ran fine. I thought the battery was the problem so I replaced it and then tried to crank her over. Nothing.....
No sound, no clicking, nothing.
Alternator? Starter? any ideas or tips??????
I'd appreciate any expertise very much.

Check all your grounds and connections at the starter. You may have a dead spot on the starter as well. Good luck.

Take a real good look at your battery cables and make sure you have a clean connection at the battery and that the cables themselves show no signs of corrosion. Do this and the other suggestions and if you still have a problem , do a search as there are several other posts on this subject for you to look at.
