Calendar Project Update

What's next? I am coding my little fingers off setting up for custom calendars. To do that you will:
1. Set up an account
2. Select your pictures
3. Confirm your order
You will be able to pick any of the "green" status images. There is a listing at the end of this post detailing how many of each generation we have. There is also a count of pictures at "yellow" status. What's that? Yellow means we have permission to use the picture, but don't have the larger version that we need yet. If you have granted permission to use your picture but have not sent in a larger pic, please do so at your earliest convenience. We'll be sending out email reminders for this soon as well. If you don't have a larger pic, please use the link provided to send us an email and let us know... we'll add a border around your picture to make it the larger size.
Again, thanks to everyone for your participation so far. The next announcement will hopefully be that we are ready for you to start creating your own custom calendar using fellow forum member pictures!
Status (Remember that Green means "Go"
)C1: 2 Yellow, 10 Green
C2: 11 Yellow, 33 Green
C3: 27 Yellow, 34 Green
C4: 21 Yellow, 28 Green
C5: 52 Yellow, 69 Green
There are also over 100 pictures at Red (Not Approved) status that will be dropped from the database soon unless we hear from the owner. If you see a picture at Red status that you would like to use in a calendar and you know the owner, please drop them a line and see if they are willing to grant permission for their image. Thanks!
Dave

Great news! I can't wait to build my calendar.
Is there any chance to see the details (year, motor, options, etc.) for each of the Vettes? And will this detail be at the bottom of each picture in the calendar?
Mark
Thanks for the question... here are some answers to questions we have received via email...
1. No, this does not mean that new submissions are closed. If you have a pic that you want to submit, go to the project page and use the submission form to do so. The more the merrier! :D
2. We have not finalized the "editor's choice" calendars yet. So see item #1!
3. We will soon have our "beta" version of the custom calendar web page running. I will ask some of you to create accounts and try a few things before going live with the custom calendar creation package. I think it's going to be fun putting together custom calendars using some of the great pics that forum members are sharing. Be aware that anything done with the beta (test) release is subject to being deleted... we would just be looking for errors at first.
Thanks! That's all the updates for tonight...
Dave
