What oil pan
First,what after market oil pan that holds more oil,will fit in our vettes?I know that the oil pan cant hang down too far do to the vette being low to the ground. Bill

A road race pan that has kicked out sump ... or a suitably re-baffled oval track pan w/ kicked out sump. Either ranges 6 1/2" to 7 1/2" deep & hold about 8qt with filter & have plenty of ground clearance.

Try armondosracingoilpans.com I built a 496 stroker last spring and couldn't find what I needed from the regulars. Holds 8 quarts, has all the baffles and great ground clearance. He's located in L.A. but builds for everywhere. Check him out; someone else on the forum told me about him.
