I have had the actuators fail, the relay valves fail, the vacuum hoses, the vacuum valve under the dash, and possibly the headlight switch vacuum valve. That is why I went with electric actuators. After replacing everything, they still did not work exceptionally well.
Get one of those hand vacuum pumps and check each piece individually. You can at least narrow it down that way. I have a lot of new parts I will be selling cheap soon.
Thats awsome let me know when you are selling them. I see your from houston i was born and raised there i got my car at corvettes of houston 2 years ago.
See the green hoses in the previous post? they go to the front of the actuator. There is a seal in there the shape of a magicians hat. Its worth about $6 and an hour in labour. Thats what usually goes. Easy to check. Take that hose off the relay. Suck or blow on it. Forgot which it is...should make the light go up. If there is no resistance in sucking or blowing that seal is gone.

This is what I found out was wrong with mine today, where can you get the seal. Is it something they'll have at Autozone or do you have to order it?
thanks, Daniel
