Hard Starting
1970 350/350 Fresh Rebuilt: New everything: Carb,Fuel Pump,
filter, etc. Car starts very, very hard. After sitting two days or longer.
Need to Pump 10-15 times just to get motor to kick. Question:
Could I have a Proplem with my Gast Tank Vent? Is it plugged,
& back draining the Gas Back into the Tank? When I remove the Gas
Cap, I get a whoosing noise.....

I've got the exact same problem on my 76. My vapor canister line is open (canister removed) and my return line has been plugged-off. I'm not sure what I need to do either, so I'll follow your thread for suggestions.
