Default Radiator weatherstripping

When I replaced, my radiator with a 3 core, I had to pull the old weatherstripping off to make it fit. Now that I have the system figured out, I want to put some weatherstrip back in, but I am unsure what pieces I need.

Can I use a BB weatherstrip set? Or will I need to just measure the spaces and buy cheap stuff the right thickness?

Is the replacement radiator the same size as the original? If so, then you can get a radiator seal kit from almost any of the vendors. If you went with some other size radiator, you could call the vendor help line and get something close in a radiator seal kit, but you might have to do some cutting and tweaking. The main goal is to force the air through the radiator instead of having air flow around it. Going through the radiator will keep operating temperatures where you want them. Good luck!

76L-81 all have the same core support, so I would just buy a radiator foam kit from Dr Rebuild or 1 of the other catalogs and it should work fine.
