Anyone have these? I have the "horizontal" placement of the ports and the bolt holes but not the vertical, I need it to design a set of flanges so I can have them laser cut from stainless.
Thanks
Marck

The bolt holes on a BBC exhaust are vertically spaced .750 inches. However the port is not centered with these bolt holes (either vertically or horizontally). Horizontal spacing is 3.375. If you need the port position, let me know.
I need the port pos. also, I have a coupe of GM power manuals but they only show the head from above and the horiz. spacing of the port centers and the bolt holes from the 0 origin, do you have a side view???

You could just order a set of header gaskets for a BBC, that would give you a really good pattern, and something you could hand to the laser cut guy as a pattern.
Marck as already suggested a header gasket would make a good layout templete. While maybe not stainless you can certainly buy heavy duty 3/8th flanges for the big block. hedman has them as does hooker in 3/8th inch.

BBShark's excellent drawing is just what the doctor ordered. Any idea on the port sizes...roughly?
Building stainless headers w/ non stainless flanges...that's not gonna work.
