Is there any special thing that I have to do. I've been wigglin it and pulling it. It is so close to being out. It is not quite dissconnected from the engine and I've tried a ton of trans height and engine height variations. Can someone tell me a trick to this?

Auto or manual. I was able to get my 4 speed out by taking the shifter off the tranny and removing the tranny mount and anything else in that area. I would also disconnect the linkage to the clutch fork.
I ended up unbolting the torque converter from the flex plate and it fell right out. Literally The torque converter also lost a pool of fluid that covers the whole underside of my car.
Justin when you put it back together poor one new quart of trans
fluid in your new converter put a little trans fluid on the outer stub
of the converter that will slide into the seal of the trans, put the torque
converter on the trans push it back and keep turning it until you feel it
lock into the trans, put the trans and converter back up making sure
the converter does not move forward on the trans shaft, bolt the
tans to the back of the block, with the lower inspection cover off
of the trans turn the torque converter tell it lines up with the holes
in the flex plate, you will have to turn the motor over to do all three
bolts, easy way is to remove the plugs turn it over by hand off the crank bolt.
