Hello I recently changed my motor on my 1982 Collector Edition. I have a problem,
This part located in the picture got broken, the tit on the end broke off and the thin black hose will not connect to it. I have looked all over for the name of this part , I have a Helmes book and its not located anywhere .
Can anyone tell me what it is called?? And if so where can I buy it???

Its the EGR solenoid. You can still get it from the dealer. You'll see another one eactly the same over near the cruise control module. That one is for the evap canister.

Sorry, but I cant help you,, my ' 82 came to me with no motor, but I betcha someone will know, lots of guys here that are close to experts on ' 82s, Twin Turbo being among the finest. Good Luck,,, Peace,,, Moosie

Shoot!!!! I knew that piece came off. I would have sent it to you off my old one but it broke in the same spot.
Here is what is on the box. ACDelco and a bunch of number...I don't know which is the part number. Says>>> solenoid GR.3.760 also 7504244 1 #214-333 followed by 1 #1997125

Jim thank you very much.I got the number from you and I found one on the AC Delco OEM site .only had 1 left .but the numbers help ! Appreciate all your help!!!!
