Default Dash lights...HELP

I am installing a new dash pad in my '76 and can not get the dash lights to work. I have power to the fuses and good fuses... My taillights do not work, nor do my marker lights. all of them have new bulbs and harness'. I,m guessing a ground somewhere is not hooked up. I just got it back from the body shop fresh paint and new bumper. I do have brake lights. Where do I start looking I had the body off the frame and am sure I replaced the ground straps.

Thanks
for any help

The tailight fuse feeds the dash light rehostat.I would probe both sides of the tailight fuse to make sure you have power on both sides and the clips the fuse pushes into. Then make sure the harmonica connector under the column is connected good.
