c3 Fender Vent Variations
I know there are some variations in the early c3 side vents and the later yrs. However my question is really dircted to the diference between a 1976 and a 80-82.
I have been looking for louvers for the vents on my 76, and seen that ecklers has them for the 80-82 models. I thought he vents did not differ after they went to the open vent until the end of c3 production. I am researching b4 I embark on getting these vents and so forth.

Fender vents changed with the moderate restyle on the '80 models. '73-'79 are essentially the same with no trim. Beginning with the '80 models, the vents have small black plastic inserts.
