Guages not working!

Guages not working!
For some resaon none of my guages seem to kicking over. Its unusually cold today and i was wondering if that would effeect there function any? I know how important vacuum is to these models and maybe i need to let her warm up a bit before expecting them to work properly. However, she starts up just fine! Any comments or advice?

All the gauges are electric, except the speedo. It could be the cold has got them stuck, (I move slower when it's real cold!)
Check the gauges fuse first. When you move the key to "START" there is a sort of halfway position that should move all the gauges- sort of a test position in there.
