picture 1:

Is that green valve vaccum fitting go into the intake?

That looks like an egr item.

There should be an egr diaphram on the the choke side of the carb mounted on the intake with a vaccum hose nipple.

Attach the lower fitting from the green valve in picture 1 to that egr diaphram beside the carb.

Attach a vaccum hose from the top fitting of the green valve in picture 1 to the nipple on the carb in picture one you have circled.

That is the egr system. If you do not plan on using egr, plug those 4 nipples.
2 on the intake valve, 1 on the diaphram, 1 on the carb.

picture 2 is of the A.I.R pump, you need 2 bolts for it. I do not know the tech. names for the bolts but you can print the picture and take it to a gm dealer and tell them your year and that you need those 2 bolts for a air pump, that should get you squared aware at least.
