Removing Door Panel on 1973

I need to remove the inner door panel so I can try to fix the rod mechanism connected to the handle. Can someone please give me some hints as to how to remove the door lock **** and the manual window crank? Are there clips holding those on? Do In need a special tool?

Yes there is a special tool but if you make a hook out of a paper clip you can pull the clip out.(the tool pushes the clip)
