Finally got the wipers working
After going crazy looking for vacuum leaks(blocked off the headlights to isolate wipers), I took another look at the vacuum hose wiper diagram, and realized the top and middle hoses were crossed. As soon as I switched them so the vacuum source went to the middle port.....BINGO! Now the wiper door operates great. Shows how important having the hoses on the right ports is. How happy we get with the small achievements.
