Head LIght Help
My headlights on my 77 will only stay either up or down when the car is no running. I can put vacuum to either side of the actuators and the lights will either raise or lower. There is vaccum going to the resorvoir from the engine, but can't get movement. The vaccum line to the switch also has vacuum. Any suggestions??

i have a 77 also
i have a 77 also and just played for weeks with the lights...i started by replacing the actuators....no help. but there are 2 switches or diverters, or relays found mounted to the front end between the actuators...i replaced them and everything works just fine!!
