Did you get the small horse shoe shaped chip from behind the lock ****? There is a clip that holds on the lock ****, and in effect also holds on the panel.

There are two screws holding on the inside handles, they hold the panel on too.

Also, get on your back under the doors bottom edge. There are two, maybe three metal tabs from behind the door panel that screw to the under side of the door's bottom edge.

Go forth and rock...

Your door panels are also held in place by some "velcro" type attachments, They are fairly hard plastic. Pull your panel out from the bottom, after removing the screws holding the little clips.

When you reinstall, you have to beat fairly hard on the "velcro" attachment locations to get them to lock back together.

Order the AIM and study the diagram of the attaching points used on the assembly line. You will find trim screws, S-clips, and velcro. You will need to remove the window cranks if you don't have power windows. Remove the door lock ****. It helps to remove the interior door handle and door pull. Once you're sure all the screws and clips are out, pull the trim panel out at the bottom. You will hear the velcro releasing. Keeping working your way up the panel to the top. At the top, along the door glass, it should come up, then out.

That clip is hard to get to. You'll need a pair of needle nose pliers to push off both ends of the clip at the same time. You'll have to press in on the panel just to see the clip.

Make sure you check with us before putting that **** and clip back on...it's much easier when re installing it.

One more thing no one mentioned...
The bottom of the panel pulls away from the door...the top edge hooks on. Once the bottom is loose...push the panel UP.

Let us know how it goes. This is also a good chance to replace all your door hardware, and tighten or adjust all the linkages inside...as this seems to be a problem. Doors not opening sucks.
