Where's the horn relay located on an 80 C3?

Don't quote me on this but I think it's under the console trim plate. Do you have the AIM?

A 75 and I know nothing about your 80 but a 75 is just hanging under the dash to the left of the steering column infront of the fuse panel. It is a silver thing with a 3 wire plug.

On your 80 it is taped to the big bundle of wires coming out of the top of fuse panel-probably on top of the bundle.
