I have yet to find any. Almost all of them out there try to appeal to all generations on the Vettes to broaden there sales and not narrow it down to a particular group which would equal lower sales and less revenue.
I thought Corvette Fever was pretty good with the articles on Project Shark Attack, especially since I have a 79 also. In fact, I'd love to make mine an exact mechanical replica of that car.
Cars and Parts Corvette which is now Corvette Enthusiast may be the best for now for C3 content.
I disagree. I had a scrip with them for a year and I'd say that 75% of that mag was geared toward c-5 I now am with corvette fever, it's a great mag for the c-3 fans
Thanks for the replies. I guess I'll try Corvette Fever again. I'll wait until the Jan. NCRS Florida meet, though, as you get a free t-shirt when you subscribe.

I quit Vette and Corvette Fever after subscribing to each for years and years. I've got stacks of back issues to prove it. I currently subscribe to Corvette Enthusiast because they appeal more to me and the type of Corvette reading I like to do. I also don't want to miss any of John Hinckley's articles.
What goes around comes around. I just pulled my '79 from storage to start a resurrection, and pulled some 70's/80's mags from my stacks- Vette, Corvette Fever, etc. Almost all C3 info therein, hardly anything on the earlier ones. Problem is, of course, a lot of the C3 stuff has to do with Cafe Racers and enough add-on effects to enter them into the Rose Parade.
Corvette Fever for me. I subscribe to it and Vette. I have bought Corvette Enthusiast on the stands in the past. Sounds like I need to take another look at it.
I dropped my subs to Corvette Fever and Vette some time ago. I now am subbed to Corvette Magazine, and Corvette Enthusiast, and they are both first-rate publications. Written by adults, for adults. Check 'em out.

Robert,
Just curious, what timeframe did you have a subscription for? I'd like to go back and check those issues out. I'd like to know if, in fact, that was the case.
Yeah, great mag...gets my vote for the best. (I knew I wasn't spelling it right). I don't know whether you knew it or not, Mike, but as a sad side note, the original Editor of the mag was killed working on his Vette. He apparently had it jacked up and it fell on him.

A friend of mine from high school was killed under a car like that. It was jacked up, I think as he did an oil change. His father was walking around the car, kicked the jack handle, and the car fell and crushed his son. Instantly died. That one really blew me away.
While I've always enjoyed working on cars, my least favorite jobs were working underneath, especially with the car on 4 jack stands. Always thinking about one moving and the car shifting around.
Worst that's ever happened to me was a motor broke a chain while on a hoist and fell on me while I was leaning in over the grill to guide the flex plate out.
