Body Removal
I'm wondering if it is easier to remove the body with the clip attached, or to remove before lifting it off? The inner fenders up front are loosely attached... as is the rear drivers side.
My frame, and front clip are in sad shape. I have not decided what to do with the front clip... to repair it, or replace. If I repair it, would it be wise to fix it on the current frame, or wait until the new one is under it?
Once the body is off, do the carts allow enough room to clean/repaint the bottom? When is the best time to do that?
Thanks guys
I've done two body-offs, but have never taken the front clip off. I know others who have have just put the body on the ground wihtout the front end and rolled them over to do whatever work they needed on the bottom side.

Did they pull the t-tops out when flipping them over? I'd hate for car to decide that it likes that position better than oily side down... and decide to try it out at speed!

Fix the clip on the new frame so you can adjust it to the new frame.
