Ground cable by engine mount?

Ground cable by engine mount?
I am doing a frame off on a 72, I am putting it back together but am not sure where the ground cable that is mounted on one end to the frame by the passenger motor mount. Where does the other end mount to, the engine block or the starter. My AIM is not real clear. Thanks

There is a threaded hole on the block behind the engine mount and between the #6 and #8 ehaust ports. As for as where on the frame, I ran into this problem too because it was over 2 years ago that I pulled the engine and now I have a diff block and Hooker headers. I just put one end on the outside starter mounting bolt and the other side on the frame where one of the fuel line clamps used to be. My guess for the stock location on the frame would be one of the idler arm nuts but there's no way I can put it there now with the headers.

ON MINE...There is a bracket that supports the front of the starter, and is bolted to the block. The end of my cable uses the same bolt that bolts the bracket to the block. Under, and just a little behind the exhaust pipe connection. I finally have photobucket, but when I copy all I get is verbage and no picture.??
