Wiper door woes
My wiper door was opening when I shut the car off. I changed the Vacuum Relay in the wiper compartment last night and now the door will not open at all and my headlights are opening very slowly. I believe I got the hoses back on correctly as they are color coded. However, the connection to the rear of the relay (towards back of car) normally would be connected to the solenoid that doesn't exist any longer - hose is plugged. Would/could this be the problem.

Did you replace the "relay" (in engine compartment) or the "Safty switch" in the wiper compartment? Sounds like you have a big vacuum leak. Look at the schmatic below and see if you plugged all the correct hoses when the wiper door solenoid was removed.

I replaced the wiper door actuator safety switch in the wiper compartment. Is the hose coming from the safety switch (bottom right) plugged? Very hard to read the words on the diagram.
