Default Trailing Arm Bushing's

I am re building the rear undercarriage on my 76. I discovered that I need to replace the trailing arms. The arms with the rubber stock bushings are cheaper than the Poly bushings.

Is the extra expense a big benefit to use the Poly's......I dont do any racing or auto-x stuff. But sometimes I kick it up a bit on the straight segments of a road and some curves......

The car never sits outside for any rubber decay........

Thanks

Rubber is usually good for 20 years or more. Good enough for me.

The trailing arm bushings should be rubber instead of poly. Ask Van Steel and he will tell you the same thing.

I despise rubber bushings...everything in my suspension is going to be poly except for the T/A bushings...those are going to be solid steel spherical bearings.
