I am about to order a new enclosed trailer and I've found two that I really like and are both within $500 of each other!
One is Pace American Pursuit, 24' x 8.5' with 10,000lbs GVWR and looks like this.
The other is Haulmark Race Trailer, 24' x 8.5' with 10,000lbs GVWR.
Can someone please advise if they know which one would make better use of my money. They appear very similar but could there be a better one for the same money?
Thanks so much if you can help me!

Reason: picture problem
I can tell you from personal experience that both of those are quality products, Progressive is also one you might want to consider...
Are you getting brakes on both axles? Finished walls? Etc...
Thanks Pusher. I'm leaning toward the PACE just because of the "sales-person" attitude. The Haulmark in finished in white vinyl inside including the ceiling. The Pace has the white vinyl ceiling but 3/8 plywood on the walls (unpainted). Both have brakes on all 4 wheels.
The PACE will costme $10,300 up here in Canada, plus tax. And the Haulmark will be $10,000 plus tax. I know thats alot but the freight charges are these things are a killer.
I've used a smaller Haulmark and found it very nice...
I now have a 26' EXXIS custom rig that is all alloy and has a 14,000 GVW, 14x8 living qtrs and 11x8 garage/shop. 8200 lbs empty and 11000 loaded.
You want Torsion Axles and 16" rubber with brakes on both axles; e-track on the walls and floor!! Also consider a power jack... I thought it was a woosie option but I have come to love it.... Also consider a Yamaha 3000seib genset for mobile power... VERY quiet BETTER than Honda. and it will run the Hobart 135 Welder....

I don't know how much you know about trailering but there are a few things you need to know about the licensing laws in Canada (that is unless you already know). It looks like you're buying a trailer with 5200 lb. axles. and a GVRW of 10,000 lbs. Depending on which province you live in this GVW rating will cause you great grief with licensing and safety requirements that can be avoided. I just went through a trailer purchase recently and bought a 22 foot TN (Motive) trailer. The parent company is ATC (All Aluminum Trailer company) http://motivtrailers.com/ I have owned several trailers over the years and have found that lately the laws (or at least the enforcement methods have changed, especially in Ontario). I would be happy to help you with all the details if you need it. That is, if you're in Ontario.
I'm in Nova Scotia and there's a couple of local racers who use trailers with the 3500lb axles and they're at or over their weight limits very quickly. Most guys now using the 5200lb axles. Have heard anything about licensing problems in our province. I'm coming from the open trailer ranks and looking for some more comfort at the track!
In most provinces anything with a registered gross weight over 4500kg (10,000 lbs) requires that you must safety the trailer and truck (tow vehicle) anually and you need a CVOR (commercial vehicle owners registration) The DOT in Ontario even insists that you keep a log book!!! If you register the trailer from the manufacturer before you take delivery at 9990 lbs. it makes a big difference in licensing. In many US states pulling a trailer that has the capability of towing 10,000 lbs (GVRW) or more requires a non commercial A license. My trailer has 5200 lb. axles because I too didn't want to be at the max with a 3300 lb. car and the 5200 lb. axles also have bigger and better brakes and six lug rims and ST225/75R15LRD tires. If I were you I would contact the DMV of the province you live in and ask a lot of questions. I found that in Ontario the only people who seemed to know what they were talking about were the enforcement guys. A 24 foot enclosed trailer with 5200 lb. axles and not too many options can weigh between 3600 and 4400 lbs. empty. My 22 footer weighs 4200 lbs. Also don't let them put Mission tires on it.
