why don't you just measure the outer diameter of your axle's hub - that's lot easier to measure than the hole.... give it a few thousands clearance

I have done that. The problem is i dont want to order the wrong Hub centric rings that was posted in my other thread. I have tried to find some locally and have had no luck. The reson I asked this question is because my rims measure the same as the measurements posted. Where the hub sized different in 75? Also while i was out looking for the centric rings today a wheel shop told me that it might not be the problem why my wheels feel off and broke the studs he said that i might have the wrong lug nuts. Well i bought tapered lug nuts because it looks like my wheels have tapered seats in them. Here is a pic of my wheels and the new studs in the hub. Also whats is the recommended torque when torquing the studs and wheels. Sorry for all of these questions, but this is new to me and the first time something like this has happened to one of my vehicles. So thanks in advance and for everyone who has helped.

If i am correct on measureing my hub i came up with 2.75 inches which is aroung 70.3mm what most of the sites I have found say fit a vette and other gm cars. The main problem is finding the hub centric ring that fits my rim unless im not understanding how they work.

Do you know anyone who has a set of micrometers? You could take your wheel to a machine shop and let them measure the wheel bore with an inside micrometer. I know a guy that would do it for you.
