headlights not going down
I re-worked all of the vacuum hoses on my 76' for the headlights and only one came up...with a little help the driver's side came as well...but now they do not seem to want to go down...any advise?

You can rebuild the vaccum cans, very easy job and replace the vaccum relay in the center of the two lights/cans. That should take care of all the problems.
