Headers Direct Bolt
Does anyone make a direct bolt on header system for a 69 350. I am not a welder, wanted something I could bolt to the existing stock exhaust system without the need to fabricate that connection.
If not I will call the Muffler Man in Pacoima.

I have never seen one. The problem is that the header manufacturer would have to make the entire system because each set of headers fits differently. It would be too costly for them to make a complete system for each year vehicle.

Most full length headers will come down past the floor to a point under the door. The factory pipes end pretty much in the middle of the motor so you will always have to cut the head pipes off and weld collectors. Most headars have a 3' collector that bolts to a 3" flanged pipe you weld to your old exhaust. There are block huggers that will let you run tighter to the motor but you still need to cut and weld.
