No BS ... take your pocketknife to the edges of Ps. ... or a file ... I now have use of a chamfering tool ... but have done the knife thing many times and run them pizz outta them.

I used a Dremel with a grinding stone for this job. In fact it was the reason I bought it. The carbide bur, from others have said, may have shaved a few minutes off the job. However, the grinding was the quickest thing to do. It's the disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly that took much of the time. I would venture a guess it took me 6 times to get the clearance where it should be.
Now that I have the Dremel, I found other uses for it. It's not a bad tool to have in the work shop.
