I don't have any experience with that particular starter but everyone I know that had gone to this type of starter has been happy with them, and the one you have a link to has a "lifetime warranty", whatever that means.
Hi
My experience with buy rebuilt starters is to have it
benched before you buy.
Find the current draw spec on your motor and when
the starter is tested make sure it draws less than you car
is rated for.
I learned the hard way. After returning 2 starters for
slow cranking I had him test untill I got one that drew
what it was suppose to, viola good cranking speed.
Agree with Zaphod above,..spend the extra $20-30 for the AC Delco. A can't speak to the Duralast starters, but in an emergency, I bought a Duralast 72 mo. battery,..that had to replaced three times after about a year and half each. Each time it was pro-rated and Autozone lived up to their agreement, but who has time for this nonsense?
I have a friend who brags on Autozone's lifetime warrenty. I guess he likes replacing starters and alternators all the time.
Hard to beat AC/Delco rebuilt stuff if you can't swing new. They go the extra steps when rebuilding.
