windshield top corner chrome moldings ?

windshield top corner chrome moldings ?
Hi
I'm looking for new windshield top chrome corner moldings for my 68 ragtop.
I found a few on E-Bay, but I'm not shure weather they will fit my 68.
They are P/N 3966601 and 396602 and include the ragtop front latch pin receptacles.
The corners of the new moldings seem to have some kind of a ramp, this is not so on my originals.
Will they still fit ?
I found them also in the ZIP catalogue, but they are reconditioned, I prefere the new ones.
What do you think ?

Those are 69 and up
68 are one year only and last casting # is 3915667, & 668.
Good luck finding a set of NOS. You have a better chance of builing a bridge from LA to Hawaii than finding those pieces new.
I have two extra sets.

So, an other 68 special !
Will the 69er moldings fit as well ?
I'm not so worried about NOS.
The moldings of my car are still reasonable, but both rag top guide pin receptacles are badly worn and one is broken.
Will the 69er molding receptacles fit or do they have different mounting holes ?
I take it that you wouldn't be willing to offer one of your sets to me to make
a Vette look so much better here in Luxembourg !
I like my 68 big block rag top alot knowing that it's one of the first C3 built, but to find some of this parts is somehow hard.
It was actually built already in late 67, but funny enough, the official first date of registry was very late 68. Don't know if this is a mistake or if the car was used elsewhere. I can't trace the history back.
