Battery box question
I see daylight in the floor of the battery box in my 69 when the battery is removed. I know the holes have a purpose but what what can be done to prevent water or dust from coming back up the other way? Is there a liner available?

Which holes are you talking about? The cable holes? They're supposed to have a rubber grommet - the Delco battery cables which are available from many sources have the grommets pre-installed.

There is also a hole or holes for venting. Small rubber tubes came in these holes from the factory that ran up to the battery. You can get them from Corvette Central if you want factory correct or just get stuff from a parts store.
