Default Need a diagram

Does anyone have a good diagram of the speedo cable routing on an 81 with Cruise Control? I need to know where the upper cable penetrates the firewall. Is it the same place where the non cruise cable penetrates? At an angle just behind the drivers side valve cover? Or, since it is a short 21" cable, does it penetrate straight through, somewhere near the brake booster? Desperate for an explanation or diagram.

It is almost directly behind the transducer. On the drivers side underneath the brake booster is the transducer once you find that you will easily find where the cable goes thrue

Here in lies the problem. It is an unmolested 1981 with factory cruise control. But...the transducer had been bypassed do to not working correctly. Someone put in a cable that went directly from the speedo to the tranny. It had the correct grommet on the firewall but it was exiting into the engine compartment via the angled exit right behind the drivers side valve cover. I bought new cables upper and lower to convert back to the cruise through the transducer. I'll be d@mned if I can see a hole where a short cable should have come through anywhere near the brake booster. Any more ideas of why it would be like this? Wouldn't both holes be there from the factory (cruise or non cruise cable location) and one or the other just plugged off when not in use? The absence of a any hole around the brake booster has me miffed
