NC Engine installation

Anyone know -- anyone in North Carolina that can install a crate engine and new transmission (200-4R). Found lots of shops comfortable with the engine or even rebuilding it but not the trans.

Waxhaw, I grew up in Marshville. Moved to Texas in 79. Still go back to Oak Island for visit with in-laws and the beach. We used to go to Waxhaw and buy an antique piece to bring back. I really liked walking through all the shops, been 10 years since I've been back there.

Small world. I grew up in marshville too! 10 years later waxhaw is the same. Downtown is anyway. The outskirts are growing big time though. Too many people

What is the name of shop

What is the name of the shop in Waxhaw? I live in the Raleigh/Durham area. But willing to travel if that is what it takes. I was looking at American Engine Installations (Name of a Shop).

I'm not sure exactly if he is experienced with engine replacements and transmissions, but I know he's definitely experienced with C-3s. You can shoot Tiger's Automotive a call, he's here in Raleigh off of Capital, right near Peace street. (919) 834-6955. Ask for Tiger.

Thanks, for replys - Car still in shop for: long list - new stainless steel brakes all round, shocks x 4 (Edelbrock), weatherstripping, power antenna, Chrome master cylinder with booster, hooker headers, deluxe door panels, power window motors, dash pad, steering wheel, shift boot, T-top latches, T-top pads, complete hood release kit, steering kit, door glass x 2, door handles, emergency brake etc...
Was in pretty good shape but decided to sort of do fix'er uppers at once. Like the power windows worked but maybe little slow.
Actually who ever installs my trans and engine - will get my old engine and trans (for helping or actually doing, I have no clue how) - engine/trans ran great only 61,000 miles but slow - didnt want to rebuild it (yeah I know about numbers matching - was not a easy decision)
