It looks like i'm going to get it this weekend. I'm going to have to drive up to Spokane with my pickup and a trailer to get all the stock parts that go with it. I've purchased fognozl's blue '80 L48 with only 40k miles. Here is a partial list of what he's done to it. Hurst comp-plus shifter,(still have original).

Edelbrock Performer manifold,(have original)
Dynomax Ceramic coated headers,(have original manifolds), with Stage 8 locking bolts and Mr. Gasket solid copper gaskets.
High flow water pump,(Sorry, didn't keep original, it leaked)
Flex fan 210 dual electric fans,(have original fan and parts)
Proform high performance distributor kit( included coil, adj vac advance and recurved dist.)
Moroso spark plug wires.
Chrome timing chain cover and Valve covers, Proform balancer cover with timing marks to 60 degrees.
New belts and hoses.
Radiator redone.
Vette Brakes and Products frt end kit( includes poly graphite a-arm bushings, ball joints. inner and outer tie rod ends and heavy duty sleeves, idler arm.)
Vette Brakes and Products performance suspension kit, (460 lb coils in frt, new 9 leaf in back, frt and rear sway bars, Bilstein shocks)
Vette Brakes and Products shock tower spreader bar.
High flow cat. with Dyno max mufflers.(have original mufflers if wanted)
BF Goodrich 255-60-15 T/A s,( have original 1980 tires with approx. 50% tread also)
Blaupunct am/fm/CD player.(have original amm/fm/cass. sounded like crap though)
Pioneer 6x9s in back, Polk 5x7s in frt. http://temp.corvetteforum.net/c3/thedude/
I picked it up on Saturday and hauled it, and all the stock parts, back to Oregon on a u-haul auto trailer. I drove it work today. This feels so much better than the bubba'ized '76 I sold last month. My planned upgrades are a 5 speed, if I can find a conversion that will allow me to easily go back to stock at a later date, and crate engine that will give me somewhere around 350 hp.
Thanks for the welcome everyone.
