New engine wire harness question
I installed a new engine wire harness into my 69 as well as a new AC harness.
It seems the engine wire harness has an extra ground and + wire for the blower motor.
The AC harness already has these connections so what do i do about the + and - that are on the engine harness?

I would tape them off, loom them with the harness, and forget about them. Don't clip them as you NEVER know when you need something like that. They won't hurt anything.
Actually, it might be a good idea to connect that ground wire to the frame or something grounded. That would aid in a grounding system that's already difficult to maintain due to the ungroundable body.
