Unknown Frame Year

I'm alittle unsure what year the frame is and the only thing I noticed different was the back end for the rear bumper. I was wondering if it would work to replace an old 1975 frame and if so, what kind of adjustments would needed to be done?

That frame has the right rear section for the energy absorbing bumpers so it should work OK for your 75. It looks like a manual trans frame if that matters.

Check the mount under the frame for the diffrential crossmember. It changed in 78.
